I underwent stem cell treatment and the results have been nothing short of remarkable. After suffering from a full tear rotator cuff two years ago, i was fortunate to consult with Dr Mubark at his clinic. I was amazed to see my range of movements improving within a few weeks after the treatment. Dr Mubark is truly exceptional. He’s deeply dedicated and passionate about helping his patients. He takes a committed approach to his patients’ wellness which put me at ease knowing that I am in good hands.

Dr Hassan- thank you for your skills and abilities. I had major problems with both my shoulders. In one shoulder I had 2 tears in rotator cuff one was 2cm and the other one was 4 cm tear. I had stem cell therapy few years ago for both shoulders on different occasions and both shoulder are now perfect. Because of you and you ability in this particular field I am a new man. I am now coming to see you about my knees for stem cell therapy consideration. Thank you.

After 6 weeks of being in constant pain and many sleepless nights, I was eventually referred to Dr Hassan Mubark, as no one could figure out why my shoulder was still frozen. Dr Mubark examined me and announced with a confident smile that he would fix me… He loaded a big syringe while he was making some humours comments about giving it to me. Dr Mubark held his promise – two weeks later I was fixed! I cannot thank him enough! Dr Mubark is truly awesome!!! Wished I had seen him straight away!

I came to read about Dr Mubark’s work on the internet when I felt I had exhausted my options to deal with lower back/hip pain. I sent an enquiry about SCT to Dr Mubark had a reply within 1 hr. Got a same day consultation. During the consultation, it was clear he took time to check all my scans, x-rays and specialists reports. He was quite upfront about my prognosis, picked up the issues creating problems quite fast and gave me reasons why he thought the treatment could work with no guarantees. After over 9years, I felt listened to and he showed he cared. I got emotional when he said, ‘I will look after you’. I had Stem cell treatment on the 19 July 2023 for Left hip and sacroiliac areas. I wont lie, it was a painful process but having gone thro a few surgeries in my life, it was worth every penny. After treatment, my pain levels have immensely improved and I started getting improvement within 2 weeks after treatment. My case is/was complex and I was not given unreasonable expectations. The treatment has transformed my life and I have appreciated the occasional contact from the Dr to check on my progress. I am still going for rehabilitation and it has been a painful journey worth taking. I am so glad, I consulted Dr Mubark, I had to travel from Chch to Auckland for treatment and would highly recommend his services. Hope my story would help other people.

In Oct October 2020 after a phone consultation with Dr Mubark, l opted to have stem cell therapy on both knees as the arthritis was becoming intolerable. Dr Mubark and his team at Ormiston Hospital were very helpful and thoughtful. I underwent bilateral knee stem cell therapy in Jan 2021, The treatment was very successful and in Dec 2021 later returned to have the same treatment on both hips and today l have no pain and are extremely happy with the outcome.

I injured my achilles tendon playing touch rugby approx 20 years ago. Over the years I have had many physio treatments and done all the strengthening exercises, but the injury kept recurring. I developed a lump on the tendon which was extremely sensitive to touch, and many shoes would cause pain while walking as the back of the shoe touched that part of my heel. Every morning the tendon would be tight and I would limp for a while until it eased, the same would happen if I was sitting for any length of time. I was recommended to Dr Mubark by my physio and underwent PRP treatment in June 2022. At first I thought I had made a mistake as I lost even more flexibility in the ankle for a couple of months. It took at least 6 months to get reasonable freedom of movement in the achilles, but it improved rapidly from then on. A year after the procedure, it is as if I have never had a problem at all and I am thrilled with the result. I am now able to sprint at speed without any after affects and the lump on the tendon has gone. The ankle itself feels completely stable and I no longer have issues walking on uneven ground or wearing shoes. It took a while, but I would definitely say it was a complete success. Thank you very much Dr Mubark.

I first had Dr Mubark recommended to me for his revolutionary expanded stem cell treatment aimed at reducing the pain of arthritis and joint wear. I had both knees and both big toes injected, and had a second dose two years later. The results have been, literally, life changing. Other than occasional, minor pain in one toe I am pain free and words cannot do justice to the effect this has had. Dr Mubark is such a polished and passionate professional that his recent tremendous win in London comes as no surprise. I am happy to unreservedly recommend him to anyone with similar challenges. His extremely dry sense of humour is a bonus!

Prior to my injury I was a very fit and healthy 55 year old woman. I was in preparation for my first strong woman competition and lifted weights and hiked in the hills regularly.
In July 2021 was admitted to hospital with a severe infection in my knee. I would have 4 surgeries during my initial hospital stay , and a 5th about 3 months later. All the surgeons involved were not overly optimistic about my future. They indicated at best I would get 90 degree movement in my knee. Through determination and a lot of rehab with my Movement therapists I managed to get my knee flexion above 105 degrees, however I was still left with significant discomfort, a swollen appearance, and a lack of mind muscle connection with that whole leg. I was on a medical marijuana prescription to help manage daily life.
A follow up in December 2022 with a surgeon diagnosed me with Severe Tricompartmental osteoarthritis. They basically said that a knee replacement was my only option but even that wasn’t available for another 7 years due to the risk associated with my previous septic arthritis. It was this diagnosis that led me to start researching about alternative options. I found Dr Mubark via a google search and reached out to him via email on a Friday of a long weekend. I was incredibly surprised that he contacted me back within 24 hours and basically insisted on a Sunday video call consult. It was from this point that I realised Hassan had a true passion for his work and a genuine enthusiasm to help people who have been let down by more traditional public health practices. All along the process my questions have been answered promptly, and often late at night. I’ve felt listened to and respected every step of the way.
Fast forward to now, 10 weeks Post stem cell treatment and I’m blown away by the progress. My knee looks and feels better. I am not on any pain relief at all for the past 10 weeks. The glossy swollen appearance has gone. The most important thing for me is that I now feel connected to my leg again. My mobility and leg stability continues to improve every week. The best results are expected between 3 and 6 months so I’m excited to see how much further I can progress. Hassan continues to take interest in my progress and its clear to see he really believes in Stem Cell therapy, and cares about his patients.

My journey to find a doctor who understood the innovative healing capacity of regenerative medicine and the science of stem cell therapy, led me to talk with Dr Hassan Mubark at Auckland Regenerative Clinic. After a meniscectomy on my left knee in 2010 I was told by an orthopaedic surgeon that in 7 years or so I would be seeking advice for knee replacement surgery. I have been closely following the science which could regenerate cartilage and now it has become a reality. The evidence was growing that this new science would indeed be able to help me and I was determined not to resort to an invasive surgical knee replacement. I wanted to access stem cell therapy early rather than later before my knee became too damaged. In 2022 I was told I had moderate OA in left knee, and mild OA in right.
After the stem cell procedure was done in Oct 2022, it took 6 1/2 months to really feel the difference and be able to share confidently that the procedure has been a success. And now after 7 1/2 months I am positively over the moon. I feel fantastic! Even broke into a run today on my usual walk as I felt the joint was more cushioned and would not be uncomfortable to add pressure to it. I stride out, fully extending my left leg, which I was incapable of doing before the stem cell procedure. Pain and stiffness has gone and the flexibility of the joint has improved immensely. I have stepped up my yin yoga practise and I am noticing how I can bend my knees beyond what I was able to do previously. Every thing just feels much better and I am confident this will continue to be more so in the months ahead as I continue to heal. Dr Mubark also did stem cell therapy on a stiff swollen joint on my middle right finger due to repetitive strain. The joint still has some stiffness but is improving all the time.
On the negative side, occasionally my left knee joint has a stuck feeling and causes me to slow down or limp. This is often short lived these days, and during my walk if I slow down for a bit it seems to righten itself in the same walk. No swelling. Just seems to resolve itself. I am told this will most likely improve as of course I am still healing.
I am also taking the supplement NMN, (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) and my energy levels are amazing. I am fit and healthy and bouncing around feeling 10 years younger. Quite remarkable.
Medicine is progressive and stem cell therapy is a massive shift from what is currently offered to the general public. This novel treatment will be the norm hopefully in the not too distant future and offered to a wider spectrum of patients who currently are offered surgical intervention only.
Thank you Hassan for performing this miracle procedure and gaining an excellent result for me. I would thoroughly recommend you and your clinic as a viable alternative to surgery.

I injured my hip area in September 2022 and was in a lot of pain and tried rest, physio, and ant-inflammatory medication but without any improvement. On the 2nd of December 2022 I had an ultrasound that showed inflammation of the hip bursa and gluteal tendon tear with calcification. I avoided cortisone injections as I was looking for healing rather than masking the symptoms. Given I had remarkable success with the PRP injection for my right elbow in 2019 under Dr. Hassan Mubark, I decided to have an experimental plasma injection into the hip area in March 2023. After a period of 6 weeks post the procedure, I was pain-free with normal function in the hip area. Yesterday, the 25th of May 2023 after an ultrasound at SRG I received the best news ever – 10 weeks after the procedure the ultrasound at SRG revealed no inflammation of the bursa, and the gluteal tendon tear has healed but the calcification remained. I am happy with regenerative medicine whether it is a simple plasma therapy or stem cell treatment (more costly) as it is superior to cortisone which only masks the symptoms. Thanks very much Dr Hassan for providing this type of treatment! Best for the future, Nico

I had Achilles heel tendon issue for years from multiple ruptures which left me with muscle wastage on my calf muscle. The stem cell therapy by Dr Hussan Muback has transformed my life. I can now do a heel lift and my left calf muscle has developed. I can also run which is a small miracle as was advised I would never run again.

I had my hip and both knees done with Dr Hassan’s newest 3D technology and I believe I am the first woman to do so. I have not needed pain killers for everyday activities or to sleep ever since doing the procedure even tho MRI shows I had severe osteo arthritis and is bone on bone. I am able to consistently walk long distances and hope to be able to jog sometime soon. It’s now been 8 months post surgery and I look forward to further improvements as I am told the cells continue to do its work many more months ahead. I would recommend people give this a go before replacement surgeries as I have found it all so helpful. Besides Dr Hassan Mubark is a great physician and most caring in every way.

As a result of Dr Mubark’s stem cell treatment I can again walk to the coffee shop and I can again play table tennis and I can again walk on the beach. A huge transformatiom. Not perfect but a 100% better option than fusing both my ankles. Thank you Dr Mubark you have given me my life back for which I will be forever grateful.

I was pleased with the professional treatment I received from Dr Mubarak. He made clear that he wouldn’t be able to cure my shoulder problem with the two steroid injections he administered, but I have since been able to resume playing badminton with a lot less discomfort

I have been suffering from knee joint pain for years, I visited many doctors & specialists from back home and overseas and their advise is joint replacement surgery or prepare to be wheel chair bound.
I came to NZ in 2019 for a holiday to see my daughter’s family, I enjoyed this beautiful country and wanted to explore options for a treatment to my joints.
I approached different medical professionals and the answer was the same but I came across stem cell treatment and began to find out more about it. I met Dr Hassan Mubarak in April 2019 and he took me thru the process and explained everything including the risks involved, he gave me the opportunity to consider the options then choose.
Dr Hassan has a calm approach, his confidence and knowledge helped me make the right choice. I decided to go ahead with his amazing stem cell therapy on both of my knees. The results are amazing, I am more mobile and can move with great agility.

I have been to Dr Hassan Mubark several times in the last many years. My visits were as a colleague, patient, accompanying a family member. He is a very pleasant doctor with up to date with his knowledge and skills. I will recommend to anyone who wants to see a skilled and knowledgeable medical specialist, or rheumatologist. I wish him all the very best.

Three years ago I was diagnosed with artheritis in both knees. I struggled some days taking my dog for a walk and the pain kept me awake some nights. My Dr. gave me pain relief which helped but I thought knee replacement was my only option. I wasn’t happy about that so looked at my options on the internet. There I saw about stem cells. I was astonished to find it was being done here in NZ. I did my research and then talked to my Dr. about it. He said if I could afford to do it then go for it. That was the best decision I ever made. Two procedures, the first was removing stem cells from my fatty tissues. Took about an hour. These were sent to Queenstown to be expanded. Then six weeks later I got the call that they were ready so went to Dr. Mubark’s clinic to have them injected into my knees.. An hour later it was all done. I walked out feeling great. Three years on and I still feel great. I take my dog for a walk early each morning for about an hour. Before this procedure I was using my late husbands walking stick. Now it’s just great. Dr. Mubark is a wonderful and caring Dr. I would not hesitate to very highly recommend him. Stem cells is the way to go. This method is using your own stem cells so no problems. Anyone that has artheritis in the knees then go for stem cells. You won’t regret it. Thank you Hassan Mubark you changed my life….and one happy dog enjoys her morning walks even more.. Jo Marshall.

I have for about 5 years having had pain in my shoulder caused by worsening arthritis. Then just over a year ago I additionally suffered full thickness tears of 2 tendons in the shoulder during martial arts training. Having had an MRI and been seen by an orthopedic surgeon I was informed that I would need shoulder replacement surgery. However, due to being in my mid-forties it was recommended that I wait for as many years as possible as a shoulder replacement would not last for the years I could expect to live. At this stage I struggled with sleep, waking up about 8-12 times a night due to pain and having to rest my arm on a specially made pillow. I was not able to lift my hand more than about 10cm above my head and a day of doing work around the house would result in a few days of severe shoulder pain.
I had heard about stem cell therapy and faced with the alternatives I decided to contact Dr. Hassan Mubark, have a consultation and ultimately had the stem cell procedure done. it is now 2 months past the procedure and I no longer wake up at night due to pain, I can fully extend my arm above my head and I can use my arm and shoulder in everyday activities without suffering excruciating pain. Only being two months since the procedure the shoulder is still not perfect and there is still pain if I try to lift heavy items over my head, but I can now begin rehabilitation and regain strength in the shoulder without pain, something that was not possible 2 months ago.
Throughout this process I have found Dr. Mubark to be informative, helpful and honest. I don’t feel promises have been made that haven’t been kept. I can only recommend Dr. Mubark and I can only recommend anyone who has health issues to investigate if stem cell therapy could be an alternative.

From my own experience, I would recommend that, if people have the means, they look into stem cell treatment if they have joint pain and stiffness. I have ankle arthritis and three chronically torn ligaments which together caused me pain and made it hard to walk for more than 30 or 40 minutes at a time. After stem cell treatment around 6 months ago with Dr Mubarak, I have found that the pain and stiffness has decreased significantly. I am naturally quite a sceptical person and I wasn’t expecting such success. It took me time to notice that I wasn’t so sore after walking and wasn’t putting ice on my ankle or using ibuprofen gel. I wasn’t taking the stairs one at a time in the mornings while my ankle ‘warmed up’ and I wasn’t hanging my foot out of the bed to avoid the weight of the duvet on the joint. My ankle still has some pain, still looks swollen and I know that arthritis can’t be cured but, in my case the pain symptoms of the arthritis are much improved. Everyone’s situation will be different, and this is only anecdotal, but in my case I’m happy I have had stem cell treatment. Throughout the process Dr Mubarak has been extremely caring, professional and committed to my care.

One month ago I had Plasma surgery with Dr Hassan MuBark, who is a highly skilled in rheumatology & regenerative medicine. My shoulder was so painful, it reduced my everyday activities to zero, including sleep.
After his surgery, I was immediately pain free & had complete rotation of my shoulder. As I had such success with my shoulder, I decided to go ahead with treatment on my knee.
At 63 years old, I now have my life back,
dancing 3 nights a week, gardening & enjoying my pottery.
I highly recommend Dr MuBark, as he is so positive, he is reassuring & he is so passionate about what he does.
It really turned my life around, his treatment was brilliant for me.

Three months ago I had the stem cell therapy transfer done by Dr Mubark. He told me he was going to do his best to give me the best chance I could have with the procedure. That he certainly did and within a relatively short time I was noticing changes with my mobility, which had been restricted in my knee due to osteoarthritis. I am now successfully able to get down on the floor to do tasks, walking up and down steps is easier and I am able to go on longer walks at a better pace. I do still get some pain from the osteoarthritis, but he was very clear that this would still be the case as the stem cell therapy is not a cure for this. I am very pleased that I elected to take this option and very thankful to Dr Mubark for his attentive care.
